Our purpose
PeptideCalc was created to make unit conversions easier to inspect. The tools connect labeled vial amounts, added liquid volume, target amounts, concentration, draw volume, and U-100 syringe markings.
What makes the tools useful
Results update immediately, calculations remain available without registration, and every output is accompanied by explanations and limitations. The two-component Blend Calculator separately accounts for each labeled component rather than treating combined vial weight as one ingredient.
Calculation method
The main calculator uses the relationship volume = target amount ÷ concentration. U-100 markings equal liquid volume in mL multiplied by 100. The blend calculator applies the same draw volume to each component’s independently calculated concentration.

- Clearly distinguish U-100 volume markings from biological International Units.
- Do not recommend products, doses, schedules, or treatment decisions.
- State important limitations and input-unit risks next to the tools.
- Correct calculation or content errors when identified.
- Avoid purchase links, pharmacy promotion, and affiliate product recommendations.
